DELIVERY OF ORDERS
The delivery of orders will be made at the delivery address freely designated by the CUSTOMER. Thus, the provider assumes no responsibility for when the delivery of the product or service does not take place as a result of the data provided by the CUSTOMER are false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery can not be made for reasons beyond the shipping company, assigned for that purpose, such as the absence of the addressee.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the provider must take the measures required of a diligent merchant so that delivery can be made within the agreed time, and if not, as soon as possible, to the satisfaction of the sender and the recipient, so that no liability can be imputed against the provider. Delivery times are from 1 to 7 days depending on the stock of the product. The customer will be notified of any delays.
In the event that the hiring does not involve the physical delivery of any type of product and that are directly downloaded from the website, the provider will previously inform the CUSTOMER regarding the procedure to be followed to perform such download.
The provider undertakes that such applications are free of viruses or any other malicious content that may affect the proper functioning of the equipment on which it is installed. Likewise, the Provider shall not be liable for uses other than those to which such applications may be applied or for the lack of the minimum system requirements established.

- Customer assumes tariff rates payments: Opt to assume the customs costs calculated by NOX. Benefit from a competitive price.
- Customer does not accept tariff rates payments from NOX: In this case, it is crucial to note that any customs duties must be covered by the CUSTOMER upon arrival at the final destination.
