THE SÁNCHEZ ALAYETO TWINS JOIN THE NOX TEAM

The offices of NOX have been through an exciting morning. At 11:00 the Sánchez Alayeto sisters arrived to sign the agreement to join NOX for the coming seasons.

In the words of Jesús Ballvé, General Director of NOX: “We are extremely proud to be able to have on our Team Majo and Mapi, two extraordinary champions whose record speaks for itself. But apart from the titles they have won, I would like to give special emphasis to their ability to fight and sacrifice in hard times, as they demonstrated in the past season. For their part, María Pilar “Mapi” and María José “Majo” Sánchez Alayeto stated the following: “We are extremely proud to join our paths to those of NOX, a leading Spanish brand for our sport, which has been showing how to do things responsibly and well for more than10 years. Becoming part of a team of players of the stature of Miguel Lamperti and Agustín Tapia is added motivation for reaching our goal of being number 1 again in 2020”.

The Sánchez Alayeto sisters have dominated world padel in recent years. They were number 1 in the World Padel Tour rankings in 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2018, managing to have a string of up to 30 consecutive wins in 2017. Among their many international championships, a World Championship for pairs in 2018 and 4 national team World Championships in 2010, 2014, 2016 and 2018.
